Job Purpose

To drive business momentum by flawlessly conceptualizing and executing high-impact Wealth Management contests that energize teams, accelerate performance, and empower the organization to achieve its strategic growth objectives through seamless coordination and data-backed excellence.

Key Deliverables

  • Centralized Wealth Management Contest Management:
  • Coordinate, and execute Wealth management contests for MICE, White Goods, and Vouchers.
  • Ensure all aspects of the contests align with organizational objectives and guidelines.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain excellent & detailed communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Project Management:
  • Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the timely and successful execution of contests.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with checklists.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify and engage with vendors for contest-related services.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze contest data, generate reports, and provide insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making.
