Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Marketer to drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, a proven track record of optimising conversions, and is passionate about achieving and exceeding marketing goals.

· Increase the overall activation to ensure all the leads who have been onboarded to try the Samco app and execute trades.

· Has experience in writing content for various channels, including WhatsApp, email, and SMS, to achieve better conversions.

· To achieve overall KPI from lead to KYC, login, payin to trade.

· Increase Revenue (Brokerage) via various products from new & existing clients.

· Developing and managing digital journeys and flows from scratch to increase activation & engagement.

· Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient campaigns while maximising ROI.

· Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive client acquisition & revenue.

· Collaborate with the sales teams to optimise conversions.

Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to enhance campaign conversions & user experience to drive different campaign objectives and reduce churn rate.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as MoEngage, Plotline, CleverTap, Web Engage, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

· Creative problem-solving abilities.

· 

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
