We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Business Manager to build, grow, and engage our enterprise-level community. The ideal candidate will help foster brand loyalty, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage our enterprise-level community, fostering brand loyalty, customer engagement, and advocacy.

  • Monitor and promptly respond to client inquiries, feedback, and comments with professionalism.

  • Actively promote our brand and products within the community.

  • Devise growth strategies for the enterprise, including outreach to potential members and forming partnerships with relevant organizations.

  • Collect and analyze client feedback to discern trends, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong logical and creative thinking, coupled with problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with enterprise-level communities is advantageous.

  • Proficient organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
