Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Marketing Manager, located in Jaipur. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies across all platforms. They will develop and implement marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and manage the brand's online presence. Additional tasks may involve content creation, community engagement, and collaboration with other departments to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Analytical skills to measure and interpret performance metrics
  • Understanding of brand management and online presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with team members
  • Experience in the Information Technology or government sector is a plus
