Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform
  • Maintain aesthetic, tone, and platform consistency (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics regularly.
  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organizations brand and social media strategy.
  • Craft and manage PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook &Instagram.

Preferred candidate profile


• 5+ years of experience in social media management, & leadership role, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.


• Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms


• Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive results.


• Expertise in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Sprout Social, Google Analytics etc.).


• Must have Certified Course in Digital Marketing.


• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.


• Passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing trends.
