Role & responsibilities

Social Media & Content Strategy

  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  1. Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform

  2. Maintain aesthetic, tone, and platform consistency (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.

  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.

  4. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

  5. Monitor competitor activities and trends to stay ahead of the curve

  6. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics regularly

  7. Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is

  8. consistent with an organizations brand and social media strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. 4+ years of experience in social media management, & leadership role, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.

  2. Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms.

  3. Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive results.

  4. Expertise in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Sprout Social, Google Analytics etc.).

  5. Must have Certified Course in Digital Marketing.

  6. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  7. Passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing trends.
