Job Summary:

The Online QC Executive will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality during all stages of processing — from raw material reception to finished product packing — in compliance with company, national, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks during online processing of cephalopods, fishes, and shrimps.
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
  • Ensure temperature control, glazing percentage, grading accuracy, and pack weight consistency.
  • Monitor and record Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene across processing lines.
  • Verify metal detection, label accuracy, and packaging integrity before final dispatch.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address quality deviations immediately.
  • Maintain all QC records, checklists, and batch-wise documentation as per HACCP and BRC standards.
  • Support internal audits and assist in maintaining compliance with EU, USFDA, and EIC requirements.
  • Report daily QC observations and non-conformities to the Quality Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Fisheries Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in QC / QA in a seafood processing or export industry (fresh, frozen, or value-added).
