About Us:
The Deep Seafood Company, a leading seafood exporter, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer invoices, receipts, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
- Record and update daily transactions in ERP/accounting software.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients for payment-related queries.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist in month-end closing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preference:
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
- Male candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
