Role Description

As a
Talent Acquisition Intern
, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will be closely involved in
end-to-end recruitment activities
, including:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates
    through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screening and reviewing resumes
    to identify suitable profiles that match the role requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
    with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication at every stage.
  • Assisting in conducting interviews
    and participating in candidate evaluations.
  • Supporting
    employer branding initiatives
    by engaging with potential candidates and helping showcase AAFT as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads
    to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards it)
