Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates while learning about the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with different teams to understand hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment domain.
