Job Overview:
Interior company by Square yards is seeking a qualified sales manager for an Interior domain to keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Ideal sales manager needs to have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Interior company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Also should be open for client visits.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's business and customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Successful previous experience as an Asst sales manager or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- 4+ years of total experience with 2 years of team handling experience.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
