Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey Engineer to handle quantity estimation, budgeting, and billing activities for civil and MEP works. The role involves accurate quantity take-offs, cost monitoring, and coordination with project teams to ensure financial control and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:


• Quantity take-off for earthwork, civil structures, finishes, and MEP works.


• Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.


• Preparation of sales billing and sub-contractor billing.


• Coordination with project and site teams for verification of quantities and progress.


• Maintain and update quantity and cost records throughout project execution.

  • Experience in Revit or other quantity take-off software.


• Strong analytical and numerical skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and other project documentation tools.
