Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor with a strong background in building and land surveying. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Total Station operations, able to interpret construction drawings, and capable of leading on-site survey activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, building, and topographical surveys using Total Station and related surveying instruments.

• Prepare and verify survey data, maps, and reports for engineering and construction projects.

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate site layout and measurements.

• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and ensure data quality.

• Prepare as-built drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Surveying (or equivalent).

• Experience: Minimum of
5 years
in building and land surveying using Total Station.

• Strong knowledge of surveying software and AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with GPS, Theodolite, and Leveling Instruments.
• Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
