Job title: Placement Coordinator

Company- Ridit Learning Private Limited

Location: 1st Floor,Sai sudha complex,Puri Canal Road,Rudrapur Hanspal, Bhubaneswar Odisha. (Occasional travel to centers across Pan India & abroad for placement purposes)

CTC: 1.2LPA to 3.00LPA (Negotiable)

Qualification: MBA

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain complete documentation of students including resumes, certificates, and other required placement files.

· Coordinate with companies and employers for student placement opportunities.

· Facilitate campus drives, interviews, and placement activities.

· Guide and accompany students during placement visits across Pan India and abroad if required.

· Build and maintain strong relations with industry professionals and HR teams for placement

· Ensure timely communication between students and companies regarding placement processes.

· Prepare placement-related reports and maintain student placement records.

· Support students in developing interview skills, resume building, and career readiness.

· Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to trainers. Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the training process.

· Attend meetings with stakeholders, including trainers, management, and government representatives. Prepare and deliver presentations on training progress, outcomes, and improvements.

· Update the Center Manager on student feedback, training progress, and any issues. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as per placement requirements (Pan India & abroad). Good organizational and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
