Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for student counselling and career guidance.
- Guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding academic and professional development.
- Handle admission queries and support the admissions process.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth functioning.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support campus placement coordination and industry outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in counselling, HR, or student support services.
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
