Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Placement Coordinator cum Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, counseling candidates, and maintaining productive relationships with training centers. The role requires field visits to partner centers, active participation in placement drives, and effective communication with candidates to ensure successful hiring and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Counseling: Guide and counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, placement processes, and career growth.
  • Hiring & Recruitment: Visit training centers and attend placement drives to identify and hire suitable candidates.
  • Center Coordination: Build and maintain a harmonious relationship with training centers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Follow-up & Reporting: Regularly follow up with centers and candidates through calls and field visits; maintain detailed reports of placement activities.
  • Database Management: Manage candidate records, maintain updated databases, and track hiring status.
  • Query Handling: Address and resolve candidate and center-related queries promptly and professionally.
  • Placement Support: Ensure candidates are well-informed about job roles, joining formalities, and workplace expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in HR, Social Work, or Education).
  • 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or skill development sector preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for center visits and placement drives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (in hand).
  • After Probation: PF & other Incentives.
  • Other Facilities: Food and accommodation provided by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
