**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Organize recruitment drives, internship programs, and career fairs.
- Guide and prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
- Maintain up-to-date placement records, reports, and feedback.
- Liaise with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Provide career counseling and mentorship to students.
- Keep abreast of market trends and employer needs to enhance placement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in placement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate with companies and conduct recruitment activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and networking tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
