Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Student Support

  • Counsel students and parents regarding available event management courses, workshops, certifications, and career opportunities in the event industry.
  • Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
  • Understand student needs, abilities, interests, and career goals and guide them appropriately.

Admissions & Enrollment Management

  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
  • Assist students in completing registration, documentation, and fee-related processes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Coordination & Administration

  • Support planning and execution of academic events, workshops, seminars, campus activities, and guest sessions.
  • Maintain attendance records, feedback reports, and student progress data.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and academic partners.
  • Provide post-enrolment support including orientation, program guidelines, and placement updates.
  • Ensure timely resolution of student queries.

Promotion & Outreach

  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
