Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Manager located in Gurugram. The Customer Care Manager will oversee the daily operations of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer support. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, analyzing customer feedback, implementing customer service strategies, and leading the customer support team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and improve service
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the team
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a customer service team
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
