Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to optimize hospital performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination among teams.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Ensure that all hospital services are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize financial software to analyze data, track expenses, and manage budgets effectively.
