About the role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Backend Support Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to backend operations, ensuring smooth functioning of internal processes, systems, and client deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide backend support for day-to-day operations, data management, and documentation.
  2. Verification, and validation activities with accuracy.
  3. Maintain and update records in internal systems and databases.
  4. Generate and analyze routine reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  6. Assist in troubleshooting and escalating technical/functional queries.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and data confidentiality.
  8. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the team/management.

Required skills & competencies:

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.

Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Time management and organizational skills.

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, BA, etc.).

Freshers are welcome; prior internship/experience in backend support or data entry is an added advantage.
