Role: Travel Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur
for a
Travel Sales Executive
. The role focuses on generating new business specifically from
corporates, business associations, and high-value clients
. The candidate must have a proven track record in the travel and tourism domain and a deep understanding of corporate travel, MICE, and luxury holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate business opportunities from corporates, institutions, and associations.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships within the travel domain.
  • Pitch and sell customized travel solutions for corporate travel, MICE, and leisure packages.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Conduct industry-specific market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and detailed sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the operations & marketing team to execute business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory:
    Prior experience in
    travel, tourism, hospitality, or corporate travel sales
    (applications without this background will not be considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and corporate sales within the travel domain.
  • Ability to independently generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts.
  • Knowledge of MICE and corporate travel processes is highly desirable.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality.
