Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying prospective clients and establishing strong relationships with them. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and delivering presentations, managing client communication, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will conduct market research to identify opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet targets
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of technical aspects of transformers or industrial products is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings and networking events
  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; Master's degree is an advantage
