Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is based in Jaipur, Jodhpur, or Delhi and focuses on driving sales growth within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate must have an experience in sales, particularly in lead generation and B2B environments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to effectively identify and engage potential clients.
  • Solid understanding and experience in B2B Sales (Mandatory skill), with the ability to approach and sell to businesses efficiently.
  • Effective field sales (Mandatory skill) strategies and successful experience in on-ground client interaction.
  • Competency in Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and sales data effectively, enhancing client relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills that enable closing deals efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction and maximizing profit.
  • Capable in data analysis to derive insights and make informed decisions that align with the company's sales objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads within the specified geographic locations.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by proposing and implementing relevant solar solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance market penetration and sales conversions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to high-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance, trends, and opportunities to management.
