Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Webinar Management Associate (CSR) to coordinate and manage our webinar programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to drive engagement and deliver seamless webinar experiences for our attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Coordination
: Plan, schedule, and execute webinars using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or GoToWebinar. - Customer Engagement
: Actively engage with registrants and attendees before, during, and after webinars to ensure a high-quality experience. - Technical Support
: Provide live support during webinars to troubleshoot issues for attendees and presenters. - Communication
: Send webinar invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails; manage attendee communications effectively. - CRM & Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of registrants, attendees, and feedback using CRM tools and webinar analytics. - Collaboration
: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align webinar content with customer interests and business goals. - Feedback & Improvement
: Collect post-webinar feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future webinar effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (marketing, communications, or related preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, event coordination, or webinar management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
