Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Central Sales Associate (SaaS Sales) position based in Bengaluru at NoBrokerHood. The role primarily focuses on driving sales efforts for NoBrokerHood's technological solutions within the gated society and community management sector. The candidate will engage in identifying potential clients, pitching services, negotiating, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience in Business Development ( Telesales ) and cold calling.
- Proven skills in SaaS Sales, Business Development, and Inside sales
- Call potential customers and explain NoBrokerHood's features and benefits.
- Understand the customer's needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep proper records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the field sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth setup for customers.
