Job Title: Executive Property Scouting (Virtual Outreach & Sales-Focused)

Location: Remote/Head Office | Team: Central Property Scouting | Lenskart

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and persuasive individual to join our Central Property Scouting team. This role is focused on virtual market research, remote broker engagement, and tele-based property acquisition to support Lenskarts aggressive retail expansion. The ideal candidate should also bring strong sales or customer acquisition skills, with a flair for cold calling and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to a predefined list of brokers across various cities.
  • Build and nurture virtual broker networks to support long-term property sourcing.
  • Conduct virtual catchment research using online tools, maps, and databases to identify high-potential retail zones.
  • Evaluate property leads received via calls or digital channels based on defined feasibility filters (visibility, size, frontage, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the lead tracker daily with detailed call feedback, status, and property insights.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified retail property leads that meet Lenskart's standards.
  • Pitch Lenskart's retail expansion plan persuasively to brokers and property owners.
  • Collaborate with the BD team for virtual property reviews, shortlisting, and documentation.
  • Share lead summaries, market insights, and broker performance feedback regularly.

Sales & Acquisition Skills (New Requirement)

  • Use sales techniques to persuade brokers and property owners to work with Lenskart.
  • Demonstrate comfort with cold calling, target chasing, and objection handling.
  • Prior experience in customer acquisition, telesales, or inside sales is highly desirable.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, real estate coordination, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong spoken communication in English and/or Hindi; ability to build rapport over calls.
  • Good understanding of retail property evaluation (training will be provided if needed).
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, high ownership, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience in remote/inside sales or virtual scouting for retail, e-commerce, or real estate.
  • Familiarity with India's Tier 1–3 commercial markets a plus.
