Role Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Central Product Operations Specialist to manage and streamline property documentation processes. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of property-related documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

  • Graduate in BE/BTech, BBA, BCom, or BCA.
  • Language Skills: Written and spoken fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of property documents and related processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools.
  • Excellent organizational

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong research abilities and analytical thinking.
- Candidates need to have their own laptop.

Key Responsibilities

: 

  • Create, maintain, and update property-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process applications on relevant government portals with accuracy and attention to Act as the central point of contact for property documentation inquiries and requests.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents

- Organize and centralize campaigns in various apartment societies to onboard new customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align documentation practices with business goals.
