Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of proven sales experience and a strong ability to meet targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about B2C/B2B business development and eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong track record of performance.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients and deliver effective product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and overall solution value.
  • Schedule and attend virtual meetings with Committee Members of apartments and gated communities to understand requirements and business scope.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for new sales opportunities.
  • Lead the onboarding of new apartment complexes onto the NoBrokerHood platform (major KRA).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English; regional languages are an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday compulsory); weekly off between Monday–Thursday.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
