Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process to meet the hiring needs of clients. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and hiring top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. The recruiter will collaborate to understand job requirements, conduct technical assessments, schedule interviews, and ensure successful placement of candidates in technical roles. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain a database of potential candidates and build strong relationships with candidates.
