Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones)

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven W2 US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms, and will be adept at sourcing top technical talent using various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT & State positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and act as the primary contact for applicants
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa regulations
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent availability.

Qualification:

  • 2-5 years of experience in US Staffing
  • Experience with Tier 1 / Direct Clients and SI Clients is must.
  • Great communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring models
  • Hands-on experience sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Excellent grasp of technical hiring across IT skill sets.
