Position: Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing (Prime Vendor Clients)

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing, especially in handling Prime Vendor clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills to identify and place top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

  • Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals through various channels (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal Database, References, Networking, etc.).
  • Work closely with Prime Vendors to understand their requirements, submission guidelines, and candidate expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to closing the candidate.
  • Negotiate salary rates and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with consultants and vendors.
  • Update and maintain recruitment data in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and technology hiring patterns in the US IT market.
  • Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 1–4 years in US IT recruitment with proven experience working with Prime Vendors / Tier-1 Vendors.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
  • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused individual.
