Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Noida for a US IT Recruiter (Fresher). The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential candidates through various sourcing methods, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and teams to meet staffing requirements effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
  • Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong recruitment and candidate engagement skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of the IT industry and its specific hiring needs is an advantage
