Shift timing: 7:00pm- 4:30am IST + Free pick/drop + free meals

CTC range- As per experience/skill set

About the Role:

Infojini Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing. Who holds good experience and knowledge of working with US Visa's & tax terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, tax terms, and visa specifications.
  • Should be able to submit qualified profiles to manager/client.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of proven experience in US IT staffing.
  • Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
