ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER - FACTORY
LOCATION: DOBBASPET, Preferably from In/Around Tumkur
Languages : Compulsory knowledge of
Kannada, English &Hindi
Working Hours: 7AM TO REPORT - Monday to Saturday
Salary Package : 10L PA TO 15L PA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing the entire operations of the factory and maintenance
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory
operations.
Ensuring worker safety and the adherence to safety protocols
Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance and repairs
Regularly reviewing the work process and making necessary improvements
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Coordinating with other departments to align objectives
Communicating with suppliers, customers and stakeholders about factory
performance
Keeping a record of all factory activities and reporting on important metrics
Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate
goals.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Identify unsafe equipment and provide solutions to improve safety.
Supervise, motivate, and support the production team.
Ensure all legal health and safety guidelines are followed.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Should have basic knowledge in Legal compliances / Factory Acts of
Karnataka
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective
communication, and adherence to company policies.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper
maintenance and optimal cost efficiency.
Stay informed about organizational and regulatory changes, recommending
process improvements as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and
develop administrative staff.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to
manage various projects efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of financial, facilities, and resource management principles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
across teams and departments.
Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and facilities operations.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
efficiently.
