ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER - FACTORY

LOCATION: DOBBASPET, Preferably from In/Around Tumkur

Languages : Compulsory knowledge of
Kannada, English &Hindi

Working Hours: 7AM TO REPORT - Monday to Saturday

Salary Package : 10L PA TO 15L PA

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Overseeing the entire operations of the factory and maintenance

 Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory

operations.

 Ensuring worker safety and the adherence to safety protocols

 Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance and repairs

 Regularly reviewing the work process and making necessary improvements

 Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

 Coordinating with other departments to align objectives

 Communicating with suppliers, customers and stakeholders about factory

performance

 Keeping a record of all factory activities and reporting on important metrics

 Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate

goals.

 Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.

 Identify unsafe equipment and provide solutions to improve safety.

 Supervise, motivate, and support the production team.

 Ensure all legal health and safety guidelines are followed.

 Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

 Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

 Should have basic knowledge in Legal compliances / Factory Acts of

Karnataka

 Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective

communication, and adherence to company policies.

 Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper

maintenance and optimal cost efficiency.

 Stay informed about organizational and regulatory changes, recommending

process improvements as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

 Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and

develop administrative staff.

 Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to

manage various projects efficiently.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Solid knowledge of financial, facilities, and resource management principles.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration

across teams and departments.

 Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and facilities operations.

 Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

efficiently.
