Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Ikyam Solutions. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, and handling confidential information. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and managing expense reports, coordinating meetings, handling communications on behalf of the Managing Director, and providing overall administrative assistance. Collaboration with various teams and departments will be essential to support seamless operations. Qualifications - Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to effectively manage schedules, meetings, and office operations - Proficiency in handling tasks related to Expense Reports and Executive Support - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and exhibit excellent attention to detail - Relevant experience of 1-2 years in a similar executive or administrative support role - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in office software and tools, such as MS Office, is required - Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
