The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in PMC environments with a proven record of delivering large-scale commercial building projects such as high-rise, corporate offices, mixed-use, and IT park developments. Foreign project exposure (min. 2 years) is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead regional project operations, strategy, and performance. Oversee planning, design coordination, execution, and timely project delivery. Ensure compliance, quality, safety, cost control, and commercial governance. Drive client relationships and stakeholder management at senior levels. Manage multi-location project teams and mentor leadership staff. Requirements: 20+ years of experience in construction/project management. Mandatory experience with PMC companies. Strong background in commercial building projects. Minimum 2 years of international project experience. Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
