Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Tumakuru. The Administration Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing clerical work, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting executives. The role also involves managing incoming calls and communications, ensuring smooth office coordination, and assisting with operational functions to enhance productivity and organization within the hospital.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively manage office operations and documentation
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle inquiries and maintain effective communications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership and high-level staff effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical or healthcare administration is a plus
- Basic proficiency in office software and technology tools
