We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP to join our team, specializing in South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new recipes and menus.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen setup, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
