Role Overview:

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR administration processes and employee information systems. Provides end-to-end HR support throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Supports recruitment processes, data management, and employee transitions in Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Outsourcing (MADO). Works with global and regional teams to improve HR processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Process HR data in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide HR customer support across the employee life cycle.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for HR tools and systems.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and accessible HR records and reporting.
  • Support recruiting activities (internal hiring and entry-level external hiring).
  • Lead HR Operations support during MADO employee transitions.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and regional teams for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, or related areas.
