Role Description

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru, who can create and implement comprehensive marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention to meet revenue targets.

The individual will be in charge of finding untapped opportunities, creating funnels, fixing leaks in our funnels, and launching creative, cross-channel initiatives that bring measurable results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Launch creative growth initiatives across digital, influencer, partnership, and event channels.
  • Experiment with unconventional marketing ideas to break into new market segments.
  • Own lead-gen and conversion-focused campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Track KPIs for every initiative, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI to track success and inform future strategies.
  • Double down on winning campaigns and pivot fast when something isn't working.
  • Proven track record of identifying gaps and delivering measurable business results.
  • Need to work across multiple channels — from digital ads to offline events.
  • Experience working across brand, content, product marketing and community
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to constantly penetrate new markets and segments.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with product, content and operations teams to launch new programs, promotional initiatives, and referral campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost growth/sales.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and data driven.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different audience segments and evolving trends.
  • 4+ years of experience with multi-channel campaign management.
  • Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
  • Experience working closely with product, sales, customer success, and data analytics teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Experience with strategy formulation.
  • Familiarity with any marketing automation platforms is a plus

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
