About Zopping
Zopping is an end-to-end technology platform powering Indias quick commerce and hyperlocal retail ecosystem. We enable supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains to deliver in 1030 minutes while improving margins and customer retention.
We are looking for a Growth Marketer with expertise in lead generation, PPC, and influencer marketing to scale client acquisition and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Build and execute B2B lead generation strategies to acquire supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Design and manage lead funnels across paid and organic channels.
- Work with sales teams to ensure leads are high-quality and conversion-ready.
PPC & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS) and maximize ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and retail/commerce thought leaders.
- Run co-marketing and partnership campaigns to amplify brand awareness.
- Measure impact and ROI of influencer campaigns.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Support SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content team for keyword-driven blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing with strong focus on lead generation & PPC.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or tech products marketing.
- Exposure to influencer and partnership marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-backed decisions.
- Working knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.
- MBA, BE/B.Tech or equivalent
