E-Learning Strategist Intern

Location: Onsite / Mohali

Duration: 3–6 months

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Learning Strategist Intern to join our team. The role involves supporting course development, assisting in lead conversion activities, creating blog content, and contributing to the onboarding of corporate training programs (CTP). This internship will give you hands-on experience in digital learning strategies, content creation, and corporate training operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing online training modules and learning resources.
  • Support lead tracking and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Research and write blogs, case studies, and digital content.
  • Help in onboarding participants for Corporate Training Programs (CTP).
  • Maintain reports and coordinate project-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Students or recent graduates from Education, Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Interest in e-learning, digital content, and training solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (LMS tools are a plus).
