About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking an SEO Strategist & Business Builder
to join our dynamic team at our premium Mohali office. This is more than an SEO role - you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive digital growth strategies that drive measurable business results for our Australian and international clients.

This is a work-from-office role in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop SEO strategies
• create comprehensive organic growth roadmaps that align with client business objectives and revenue goals
• Drive business results
• own client SEO performance metrics including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
• Lead client relationships
• present strategies, insights, and recommendations directly to Australian business owners and stakeholders
• Build growth frameworks
• design scalable SEO processes and systems that deliver consistent, measurable results
• Competitive analysis
• identify market opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors in SERPs
• Content strategy leadership
• develop data-driven content strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences
• Technical SEO excellence
• conduct comprehensive audits and implement technical optimizations for maximum performance
• Cross-functional collaboration
• work with content, development, and marketing teams to execute integrated growth strategies
• Performance reporting
• create executive-level reports that demonstrate business impact and ROI, not just rankings

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years proven SEO experience
• track record of driving organic growth for competitive industries

• understanding that SEO exists to drive business results, not just rankings

• ability to develop comprehensive digital strategies beyond technical SEO execution
• Client-facing skills
• confident presenting insights and recommendations to business owners and stakeholders
• Data analysis expertise
• proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and translating data into actionable strategies
• Technical proficiency
• deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Content strategy experience
• proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive organic growth
• Tool expertise
• advanced knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar enterprise SEO platforms
