The Team:
S&P Enterprise Solutions is looking for Project Leader to drive software development projects and program of work, operational change management and to develop organizational Agile maturity and transparency across the Business segments and product lines, to ensure the delivery of the product roadmap.
This role is a great opportunity to make an impact on delivery practices in a fast-paced, financial service, software organization that is driven by innovation and an agile mindset. The Project team is currently growing and developing into a structured PMO across the Enterprise Solutions product verticals.
The Impact:
You will be working and leading cross functional teams of Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and internal / external technical teams in an internationally distributed environment.
The role will be challenging, fast paced and diverse, covering multiple product deliveries across different time zones and market segments. You will need to be someone who has experience to engage in multiple levels of the project from strategic decision making to 'getting into the weeds' to resolve a problem if required.

- Software and R&C Program(s): Resume oversight of projects in support of both products – including tracking of milestones and deliverables, reporting project status across governance forums such as: PMR.
- People leader: Establish reporting lines and operating model. Align teams around priorities, milestones and expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
- Operating model for FY 2026 and beyond: assisting PD & BM group lead to develop and implementing agile based operating model, encompassing continuous delivery pipeline, integration and quality control.
Required Skill Set
Project Management Competencies
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheets etc.).
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Budget and timeline management expertise.
Soft Skills
- Proactive communicator with stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
Future-Ready Skills
The backfill PM should also bring or develop skills in:
- Workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of AI tools.
- Data dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau).
