Role Overview

The Program Director – Implementation Services will lead enterprise-wide implementation programs across global clients. This senior leadership role requires strong delivery governance, client engagement at CXO level, and driving adoption of AI-driven workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities


• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs.


• Define program structures, delivery roadmaps, and governance frameworks.


• Engage with CXO stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.


• Drive adoption of AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and enterprise automation.


• Lead and mentor delivery managers, technical teams, and consultants.


• Ensure KPIs (on-time go-lives, SLA adherence, adoption metrics) are met.


• Influence product roadmap with client feedback and implementation insights.

Qualifications & Experience


• 10+ years in program management, software delivery, or enterprise implementations.


• Proven success delivering complex digital transformation programs at scale.


• Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, low-code, workflow automation (iPaaS), data integration, and AI-driven solutions.


• Exceptional stakeholder management with experience engaging CXOs.


• Strong leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams.
