Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing building materials, construction components, and mechanical supplies, with a strong grasp of supply chain operations in the construction and prefabrication sectors. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement that aligns with our project timelines and company goals.

Our expertise spans Fiber-glass Reinforced Polymer (FRP), Glass fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), and prefabricated structures, delivering innovative and aesthetic solutions that shape the future of modern construction across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for building and mechanical materials
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality
- Monitor inventory and forecast procurement needs in coordination with project teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet construction schedules
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases
- Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Stay informed on market trends, innovations, and new product offerings
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet technical specifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of procurement experience in construction, prefabricated structures, or mechanical components
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and industry best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
