Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing building materials, construction components, and mechanical supplies, with a strong grasp of supply chain operations in the construction and prefabrication sectors. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement that aligns with our project timelines and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for building and mechanical materials
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality
  • Monitor inventory and forecast procurement needs in coordination with project teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet construction schedules
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Stay informed on market trends, innovations, and new product offerings
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet technical specifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 - 2 years of procurement experience in construction, prefabricated structures, or mechanical components
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and industry best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
