Hiring: Procurement Officer

Location: Hyderabad | Reputed School

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement and distribution of equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Draft and/or review supply and service specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate vendor bids while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Distribute purchasing information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and verify purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather, record, and maintain purchase data for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle additional procurement-related projects as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing procedures, policies, and global market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain compliance standards.
