Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic
Sales Officer
to join our growing team in
Kannur & Kasaragod
.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Manage and monitor sales operations in the assigned area.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the channel sales team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    Sales / FMCG / Cosmetics / Trading / Distribution
    .
  • Strong skills in
    Customer Service
    and
    Lead Generation
    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
  • Prior experience in the
    cosmetics industry
    is an added advantage.
