Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on identifying business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and executing sales initiatives to promote Sumeru Digital Solutions' cutting-edge services and products. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, generating leads, and organizing training sessions for clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring proactive communication and sales expertise to drive impact within the tech and Web 3.0 landscape.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and meet targets in AI-ML projects, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Blockchain projects.
  • Proficiency in delivering Training sessions and presentations to educate clients and team members on products and services.
  • Have a proving track record to bring new clients and accounts using new marketing and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Web 3.0 technologies such as Blockchain, AI-ML is a plus.
